Another easy-peasy Vegan recipe for y’all.Perfect for those looking for new meatless recipes/grain free recipes!Also great for fussy eaters (hidden veggies=score!).

INGREDIENTS:
1 Medium Cauliflower
1 Cup Green Beans
1 Medium Onion
1Tomato
1 Cup Firm Tofu
1 Cup Peas
1 Cup Corn
2 Cloves of Garlic
1 Inch piece of Ginger
Spices:
2 Tsp Salt (adjust acc. to taste)
Pinch of Turmeric Powder
1 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
1 Tsp Black Mustard Seeds
3-4 Curry Leaves
