Vegan Chia Pudding Breakfast Bowl


A simple 4 ingredient vegan breakfast bowl which you can prepare the night before.A variety of fruits, nuts and superfood toppings make this a wholesome meal rich in vitamins and minerals, to give you a great start to the day.
> If you consume dairy products, you can substitute the almond milk with regular milk.
> If you want to make it instantly, use instant oats in place of old fashioned oats.


For the base:

  1. Chia Seeds
  2. Old Fashioned Oats
  3. Almond Milk
  4. Organic Honey


Fruit Toppings:

  1. Strawberries
  2. Blueberries
  3. Blackberries
  4. Raspberries
  5. Bananas


Superfood Toppings:

  1. Flaxseed
  2. Sunflower Seeds
  3. Goji Berries
  4. Hemp Hearts
  5. Pitted Dates
  6. Walnuts


For 1 Bowl:

2 Cups Almond Milk
1 Cup Oats
1/3 Cup Chia Seeds
2 Tablespoons Honey


Mix all these ingredients in a tumbler or a jar with a lid and keep in the fridge overnight.


Take around 3-4 strawberries in a mixer and add 3 teaspoons of almond milk to it.


Blend to a smooth purée.


Take out the refrigerated mixture and pour in a bowl.


Add the strawberry purée and mix well.
